Spouse Visa Toeic scam

Hi,

My husband has been a victim of this scam aswell as many others.
After his spouse visa was refused December 2015 we have waited over a year for a court hearing. It was postponed as there was a shortage of judges finally had the hearing in February 2017. Has been over 8 weeks since and still have not heared anything.

How long have people been waiting for decisions and how long is the process after?

would appreciate replies of anyone is going through the same situation.

Going through the exact same situation however we have eaten only just submitted appeal in January, we received our bundle pm 22 March but I'm not sure when we will get a hearing date, did u win ur appeal?

The hearing seemed to go well but the judge said we would receive a letter after 28 days of his decision. But has been 8 weeks and still not had a letter?

We waited about a year from when we submitted an appeal and the first court hearing was adjourned. so took about a year and 2 months to get a hearing date. Speaking to your local MP is good to speed it up though.
