New entrant or Experienced - confused!!!

Switching from Tier 1 to Tier 2 (Age 32+, Masters -> PSW -> Tier 1 Entrepreneur-> Tier 2), Will it be treated as New Entry or Experienced.

Still waiting for a reply. Is there any one who can help me by finding that answer.

For Tier 2, you will be experience and not new entrant.
