Appeal passed to ------- What does it mean?

Post by champe2107 » Wed Mar 22, 2017 11:29 am

Hi Everyone I am new here so please bear with me

I just want to inquire as to What it means if the judge has allowed the appeal application in United kingdom and the implementation of this decision will be undertaken by the Post Decision Casework Unit in Sheffield?

does this mean that my visa is already on the way? and all my original documents that i sent during my application for the appeal will be returned to me soon? and how soon would this be (range from minimum to max time)

also Is it advicable to move to another place or start applying for a job during this part of the applicaiton?

will there be any chances for the home office to refuse/reappeal/challenge my successful appeal in anyway possible?

Your answers, advice and help will greatly ease my mind about this matter.
Thank you very much in advance for answering my queries.

I just want to inquire as to What it means if the judge has allowed the appeal application in United kingdom and the implementation of this decision will be undertaken by the Post Decision Casework Unit in Sheffield?

does this mean that my visa is already on the way when the Post Decision Casework Unit finished processing the applicaiton? and will all my original documents that i sent during my application for the appeal will be returned to me as well? and how soon would this be (range from minimum to max time if possible)

also Is it advicable to move to another place (i.e. wales to england) or start applying for a job during this part of the applicaiton(currently working as part time and want to find a more stable permanent job)?

and lastly is there any chances for the home office to refuse/reappeal/challenge my successful appeal in anyway possible?

Your answers, advice and help will greatly ease my mind about this matter.
