Premium Service

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are well. I have a quick question that i need your help with please.

I am applying for my wife and 2 daughters visa as my dependant (im on ILR 10 years) and they are back home in Pakistan. I am going to use premium service which costs about £591 extra.

Now the question: is that £591 for premium service per person or per case? My wife and my 2 daughter's are applying as my dependants so will i have to pay £591 once or do i have to pay £591 for each separately?

Pst: Just to clarify, i did ask my lawyer and he said he is confused himself as its not clear in the guidance.

Thanking you in advance for your help and guidance.

Best Regards

You cannot apply in person premium service if they are not in the UK. Premium service is for applications WITHIN the UK.

Priority visa fee for applications outside the UK is £551 for each applicant PLUS the visa fee of £1464 each PLUS the £600 Immigration Health Surcharge each.

Thank You @CR001 for your guidance and clarifying the confusion. My apologies for the error and my misunderstanding between premium and priority :)

£551 each meaning ( £1653 for 3 of them). Shouldn't they be treating it as 1 case as my daughters are 6 and 2 year old and minor. Shouldn't that come under 1 case?

They are separate applications, despite being minors.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
