Tier 2 sponsorship from my limited company

Hi,
I would like to apply Tier 2 for a candidate from India through limited company for which I am a director and which has one employee and three directors. Limited company has my residency address.
Q1. Should I seek immigration lawyer help or apply as shown in https://www.gov.uk/uk-visa-sponsorship- ... ligibility
Q2. What is the success rate?
Q3. What points should I consider or be careful about while I am applying ?

Do you already have a candidate in mind? If the vacancy isn't on the shortage occupation list you will have to complete the RMLT process and convince the Home Office that the Tier 2 applicant hasn't been pre-selected.

And is there no person in the UK with ILR, BC or EU citizenship or another visa (pbs dependent or spouse visa) that can do this job for such a small company??
