hi

im a tier2 general visa holder and my partner has been in the uk as an overstayer. is it possible to apply him as my dependant? what are the chances he may be approved if he return to his country o origin and then applying as a partner/family of tier 2 hoholder?

Are you married?

How long has he overstayed?

What visa did he previously have and when did it expire?

Does he work?

he overstayed for 2yrs 3mos already. he came here before me but we are already together before he come to uk. i came here last year.

we are not yet married although we are already planning to get married soon.

he has a visit visa to enter uk.
