CR001 wrote:On what basis do you think you qualify for ILR on form Set(O)???
What is your full immigration/visa history in the UK?
I know I am not eligible yet because I am away 5 months from 10 years but my question is, is that any way I can reach on 10 years legally?CR001 wrote:Set(O) is the WRONG form for ILR based on long residence. Set(O) is for ILR based on 5 years residence on Tier 1, Tier 2, Ancestry, DLR, etc.
Set(LR) is the long residence form but you don't qualify for ILR based on long residence yet.
FLRO application I did for my wife pregnancy, FLR FP I did because after my baby born I changed my mind to stay in this country then in the SET O Application I mentioned because I stayed shorter period then 10 years that is why I m using this SET O form for ILR.CR001 wrote:Highly likely your non-qualifying Set(O) ILR application will be refused with no right to appeal. Who advised you to submit an ILR application in a category you do not qualify for?
You should also note that your FLR(O) and FLR(FP) and now the Set(O) could be viewed as 'frivolous and vexatious' applications simply to buy time. See Section 3 in link below

Is anybody have any idea,Now days, how long it takes for SET O application decision time?zimba88 wrote:You do not seem to have a basis to remain in the UK. Your SET(O) application will be refused.
Thank you for all the respond.CR001 wrote:It can take a few weeks or it can take many months.
You seem to be ignoring the fact that you have applied on Set(O) when you actually DO NOT qualify to apply in this category.
Thank you Vinny, vinny wrote:If they don't make a decision by the time you are eligible to apply for ILR under Long residence, then vary your SET(O) application to SET(LR).
