Visa application parent route

Post by Lazyboy123 » Thu Apr 20, 2017 3:39 pm

I applied for parent route 10 years and my girlfriend wrote a support letter for me to give to the home office. She told me now that she told the DWP that she didn't write me a letter to support me and I'm worried that the Department of work and pension and home office work together. Will they refuse my application based on her saying she didn't support me.

What is your UK immigration history?

How long have you been in a relationship and living with your girlfriend?

No I live with a friend but I always go and visit her 3 times a week to take care of the baby, and I got letters from the gp and health visitor to prove that. But I'm still worried that her letter means everything

Why are you so reluctant to state all your immigration history I have asked for 3 times?

Last time I am asking then will leave others to offer advice if they wish to.

Ok I came to the country as a visitor in 2003, but overstayed. In 2011
I tried applying but I don't think the lawyer did anything as I didn't hear anything so now i have a British son and then decide to apply 10 year route based on no finances instead of 5 year cos no means of working. So applied to HO in February 25th and I'm still waiting.

When you say your girlfriend wrote a letter stating she supports you, what exactly do you mean?

If you are in an existing relationship with your child's mother, FLR(FP) parent route is likely to fail. What evidence of child support and contact did you provide with your application?

She wrote a letter that I always come round to her house to help take care of the baby and following her to appointments.I did not do the partner route because I don't live with her and couldn't provide documentation to state we were together such as being on d council tax. I've got evidence From the health visitor and go stating that I always attending the clinic with baby and follow up all the immunisations and I've sent pictures of me helping out with the. Any and also DNA that I'm d father of the baby.
