I have started to see what I need to do for my wife's ILR next year. She has just got her English Language certificate but I didn't realise that she needed to do life in the UK.
On the form there is very little about income. Does the earnings limit applied at the settlement and FLR stage not applicable? I can't see anything on the form about earnings from dividends.
Does my wife have to list every period that she was out of the country including holidays? Is there length of time that she has to be in the UK in any year? Last year she spent a period of 5 months out of the country as a member of her family was ill. Is that a problem.

Is this a Set(M) application after 5 years on a spouse settlement visa?? Your post isn't completely clear.
