Dear All,
I book premium service appoint for ILR application on 5th of April 2017 and fill up SET (O) form Nov, 2016 version. I just saw they have update SET (0) form on 6th April 2017 with new fee. Do i have to fill up new form and pay more fees or can i get away with previous SET(o) form?
Appreciate for your response.
Nigel

If not straightforward refusal.

If you already have an appointment and have paid, no need to pay more.
You need to complete new form.

Appointment is already booked and paid for. Only new paper form needs to be completed if paper form was used.

Old form should be fine for 28 days after the new form came out. Suggest complete a new paper form and take it with you and the older one, just in case.

How would they have known the form would change the very next day? You clearly applied to book your appointment on 5th to avoid the increase in fees. It is well known that the forms change when fees go up.

All and CR001,
Thanks all for your help and feed back. Just to update. I made aoolication with new version of SET(O) form and didn't had to pay any additional fee. Everything went smooth and job was done.
Once again thanks everyone. I hope everybody good luck with their application.

This has been covered 100s of times on the forum. If you have booked and paid online, you leave the payment page blank.
