Depandant Requirements

Hello,
I am applying for a student visa as I will start a Master degree in 12 June 2017 at University of Wales Trinity Saint David,london Campus. I am married and I would like to bring my husbant in uk during my studies. Could you advise me which are the reqirements for students depandants? Secondly,it is better that we apply for a visa at the same time or he apply after I get my student visa?
