Tier 2 general extension-salary requirement

Hi All,
Good afternoon, My current Tier 2 visa expiring on 1/1/2018 and I am working as a web developer for NHS ,my soc code is 2137. My salary is 29912 currently.
I am planning to extend my visa soon..So can some one please advise me on salary requirement for this extension ie do I need to earn 30000 in order to extend my visa successfully,

Good Morning,yes you are right,I could manage to extend my visa successfully recently. I have posted the above query behalf of my sister who is currently struggling on to determine whether does she need to meet the 30000 salary for her extension or not..so could you please guide us with appropriate information..
