Visa application withdrawal query

Hi i have applied for flr(fp) on 21feb 2017. Due to an emergency i had to withdraw my application. Online it says 10 days to return. If i do get my documents back will i be given time to leave uk or is there any other procedure that the ukba implements? Can someone please reply to my query as i couldnt get a clear answer anywhere.

If you have no valid leave, it might be the case that HO only provide your passport to you at the airport when you leave. They might send it to you though, difficult to say.

* Will they send it in 10 days like it said online?
* Once i receive the documents how long will i have to leave the country?
* will i ever get my 500£ IHS back like it says online

On what basis did you qualify for FLR(FP)?

I have applied when its about to expire. Ive had a kid with my partner and she is british. I am on 5 year route and this is the second time ive extended.

If you withdraw and your previous visa has already expired, your Section 3C cover ends and you will be considered an overstayer from the date your visa expired.

To return to the UK, you will have to start again from scratch if you meet the requirements for a partner visa.
