MN1 for son born abroad

Post by Sophist12 » Mon Apr 24, 2017 2:30 pm

Need advice on what form to use for my 6 year old who was born outside the UK. I sponsored him and his mum while holding LLR but has since gained ILR. His mother and I have applied for naturalisation and awaiting decision. Should I use AN or MN form? Thanks in advance.

Does child have Indefinite Leave to Remain?

AN is for adults. MN1 is for children, but children born abroad are expected to hold ILR to qualify for citizenship.
