lost my visa overseas. can i replace my visa in the uk?

my visa is the sticker in the passport. if i am in the uk, can i be allowed to switch my visa to a brp instead?

I reported my visa as lost. But eventually i had managed to find it. i then reported it as found. the immigration officer didn't really say anything about it as i had a physical visa
