Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 2 General visa. I have been offered a new job with the same company, however I need to apply for a new Tier 2 General visa as my job code is changing. If i have a start date of 3 July with the new team and my new visa is approved by 26 June, am I still able to work for my current team between 26 June and 30 June?

It is not about 'them' being happy, it is about HO being happy that there isn't someone else that could do it or closely matches the JD and that you were not 'pre-selected' or that the RLMT was not 'tailored' to you to exclude all others.
