Claiming NHS surcharge after ILR

Post by Rocky009 » Wed Apr 26, 2017 1:38 am

Dear Executives,

I was granted Tier-2 visa (3+3) and has paid nhs surcharge for the last 3 years. I will be eligible for ILR in 5 years and am planning to apply using a premium application. I would like to claim back my NHS surcharge paid for the last year, simply because I have become settled in 5 years only. Has anyone done this before. Please guide.

Thanks
