Are you sure you were given 28 days as this was changed in November to 14 days?

You still get 28 days to apply for AR if you applied for your application before 24 November 2016 and got refused later. This might be the case

AR could take at least 28 days or more. AR from outside the UK will even take more time to be decided.

Dear salmansulehri ,

I know it is bit old topic to request for an update.
Can you please share your outcome as my case also almost matching to your case.
The only difference is I got 2 emails in between.
1.Further checks going on
2.Asked to resend my business plan as they don't retain any of my documents.
Today is 43rd day. Please update if you see this message.
Thanks and all the best.

Can you please desist from posting in every topic you find and digging up old threads which clutter the current forum queries. You have already been asked to continue in your own topic.
