Yes, you can study. See Conditions of stay in the Tier 1E guide

You can study on Tier1 visa. As u qualify for ILR in september. After ILR u will qualify for local student fee. However if u get admission earlier to that u will be paying international fee for whole degree no matter if its 4 years degree programme.

Hi Meesha
thanks for your input
the course i will be doing has same fees for local and international fees and its one year course . the only thing i am worry that legally i am allowed to study but on when university will check my Visa with UKVI. Can they not raise points how you are doing full time study with your full time business . How you are giving time to your business.
thanks in advance

I think it depends on the nature of business. If u have workers at the same time to work for ur business then it will not make huge difference to your time allocation to business as u r studying 3 days/week.
In ur case u will be applying for ILR in Sept and ur degree starts at same time so i guess it wont create a huge trouble for u once u r enrolled.

You can apply for ILR within 28 days before you meet the 10 years residence period counted from the date you first ENTERED the UK, but you must have a valid visa to apply for ILR.
