Sponsorship query for family visit visa

I applied for a family member to visit UK and i was the sponsor a year ago. The visa was refused.

I would like to sponsor another family member, am i allowed to sponsor someone else, or is there a limit to the number of sponsors you can make in a year etc?

You can sponsor someone if you wish to but THEY must meet the requirements for a visit visa and provide all the evidence of ties to home country.
