Tier 2 General COS

Hi All

I will receive my cos in the month of May 2017 for applying tier2 general. I am Indian citizen. I will be travelling to south Africa for three month project in Cape town ..So my question is can I apply for Tier 2 visa from south Africa ? or-else I should travel to home country India?

What visa will you have for South Africa??

VFS global site says (http://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/india/applicationcentre.html) that "You should normally apply at the VFS Global visa application centre in or closest to, the state in which you are documented as being resident. ".

So I think you should apply from India
