Child Tax Credit for FLR(M)

I want to switch my wife 10 yrs route visa to 5yr spouse visa, is child tax credit countable with my income for the minimum financial requirement

No it is not. It is a benefit NOT an income.

so i must earn only by salary 18600, thanks for your quick reply.
One more question can i apply for the fee waiver for the 10 yr route

I assume that the visa fee has already been paid? How would you prove that you would be destitute unless the fee was waived, if you have already found the money? :idea:

first time i borrowed the money and i did not know about the fee waiver, but now for the further leave to remain is due in 3 month, i am looking if i can go for the waiver, pay 993 pounds i will be in destitute

You'll have to prove that.

Definition of destitution
You will only be considered to be destitute if:
a) You do not have adequate accommodation or any means of obtaining it (whether or
not your other essential living needs are met); or
b) You have adequate accommodation or the means of obtaining it, but cannot meet
your other essential living needs

yes i think i can prove my situation to them, although i am working part time and benefits i still can't afford to pay

i have one more question please, During the first 30 month of my wife visa, she has been out of the country for 5 times the total duration of the 5 trips is 113 Days, My question is how long is she entitled to take for the whole 10 yrs route OR for every renewal?

The absence won't be a problem for extensions.

Great to hear this from YOU. After listening to dozens of people during the last couple of years, the info inside my brain started to conflict with each other, this matters are very serious people must take it into consideration. Your answers are straight and forward no messing around, great job keep up the good work.
I will be updating after i extend my wife's visa.
