I have a child born in UK. I am settled as residence.

How can I registre him? Can I apply for his british passport?

Was the child born before you got ILR or was the child born after you got ILR? There are different procedures based on this answer.

How can I registre him?

Complete the form and apply either by post or through NCS at your council. You need to submit proof of your ILR.

Can I apply for his british passport?

Only a British citizen can apply for a passport. Your child is not British yet.

I got ILR after he borned,when he born I was on work visa.

so when I registre him which visa will he get?

It is not a visa. If you register him, you are registering him as a British Citizen.

Only once he is registered as a British citizen.
