Polish wife and compnay director

Post by dean55 » Mon May 01, 2017 5:08 pm

Hi, and apologies if this has already been covered, I've spent an hour or so searching but can't fine anything exactly matching.

My wife is Polish, I am british, she has been in UK since 2004 baring holidays.
At that time she was working and NI registered.
In 2006 she stopped working when we had our first child.

In 2009 on my accountants advice we made her an employee and director of my company and she has been receiving a salary and divinds from this compnay ever since.

She is now looking to get ILR and we have
Records of all holidays
P60s back to 2009 - Salary at around £10k pa
Income tax statements
Utility bills/Council tax etc.
Can get all bank statements as necessary
She is home owner, mortgaged with me.
We married in 2016.

Is this likely to be a simple case or will we require more information due to directorship, in which case what extra documentation should be provide ?

Thanks in advance

he is now looking to get ILR
She cannot apply for ILR as an EU citizen exercising treaty rights as she does not hold a visa under the UK immigration rules.

She applies for a DCPR - document certifying permanent residency.
