Post by iqbal303 » Mon May 01, 2017 5:43 pm

Dear Sirs
I need advise that both parents is on Limited Leave to Remain for 30 months with no recourse to public funds but they have British citizen daughter who is under age of 18 years. Can parents claim child benefit British citizen child?

Please reply me urgently.

In a previous thread you and your spouse were without valid leave after overstaying a visitor visa and in another you were intending to regularise your stay as your daughter has been in the UK for over 7 years. How does she now have British citizenship? :?

In one of these threads you were a single parent and your 16 year old daughter would now be 18 and an adult !
