Hi dear members
I am going to vary my pending T1 enterprenure extension to ILR 10 year LR on 22nd of may by post could you please tell how to adjust fees should I explain in cover letter that already paid 1204 and rest of will be paid by cheque and IHS charges which I have already paid.
And my wife aplication is pending as dependent paid 1204 plus IHS her aplication going to vary as well to FLR M need to send her aplication and cover letter separate?
And my first passport has been lost by HO so I am sending first lending card copy first visa and passport copy is that enough ?

Pay the ILR fees as full and send applications. Expect refunds for Tier 1E and IHS paid later

i am not clear please can you clarify what my understanding A2 is for further leave to remain after 2.5 years as spouse?

The guide is not clear on PBS switching to FLR(M). If she has A1 and submits it, HO will likely write to her if they want A2 etc.
