UKVI number to call to follow up on curtailment letter

HI there,
I am waiting to receive letter from UKVI to tells me the date I have to leave the country. I am in curtailment period now, it has been 6 weeks since my company notified UKVI of changed of circumstance. I've also updated my new correspondence address on UKVI's website through an online form 3 weeks ago.

1. Does anyone know which department of hotline I should phone them up as I being circulating by voice machine.

2. When is the right time to call them up, I was advised to be patient in first week and wait out for letter to buy some time as I am still waiting for new employment's decision to get back to me to switch COS.

It can take a few months for a curtailment letter to be sent. Your curtailment period starts from the date of the letter.
