How to obtain COS for Tier 2 UK visa?

Dear Sir,

I am new to this forum and would like step by step details for obtaining a Cos for my employer.
My employer has an established business with all documents and files up to date and wants to sponsor me for her company.

I have researched a lot and from UK home office website my employer is ready to fill the COS form which she has already registered.
Before she submit the form and pay the fee I want to know what are the documents needed to post the UK home office as I have read we have to post all the relevant docs within 5 working days.
I need guidance on this matter so that I can apply for my Tier 2 visa and she takes my whole responsibility in the UK.
She wants to do it all correctly without getting rejected.
Earliest and precise response will be appreciated.

Has the company completed the full and proper RLMT process if they are an approved sponsor already?

The company is approved in company house since last 7-8 years.

I am associated with the company with 1 year and she can provide me recommendation and offer letter stating that.

You are misunderstanding the most basic requirement. A visa has nothing to do with Companies House. The employer MUST be a Home Office registered approved sponsor and must have a sponsor license.

No.

The company MUST do this before they can even think about offering you a job and they MUST prove that there is no EU or British citizen or person with PR in the UK that can do the job. What is the position or job that you would be doing?
