British Citizenship For EEA Child

Hello everyone,

i would like to know that is possible to register an Eu child born Outside of Uk to Eu Mother Living With PR Card in UK.

The Situation is that my son was born in another EU country in 2014 and my Ex-Wife Obtained PR Status in SEP 2016.I have Retained my rights as Family Member of EU Citizen.
1)Does my Son Qualify for Citizenship?
2)What is the Procedure to go about it?
3) Do they need to see both our Pemanent status inorder to register him as British Citizen?

Any Advice and Help will be Much appreciated !!

2. Child requires PR and a parent applying for BC and other with PR.

Not necessarily but both have to consent to the application and child still needs PR as born abroad.
