BRP Replacement Card Processing Times

Hi all

Here are some stats for anyone who has applied for a replacement biometric card from the uk.

Current status : Indefinite leave to remain
Applied by post on 5/12/2016
Received letter to attend Post Office on 20/12/2016
Submitted biometrics at Post Office on 28/12/2016
Today's date is 4/5/2017 and we are still waiting.

I have submitted a freedom of information request to the home office to try and shame their poor performance and they are withholding statistics from me as they have conveniently provided me with statistics for those that DO NOT have Indefinite leave to remain, which have been processed much quicker.
