thank you for your reply , I applied asylum fresh application single then my case refused home office and JR permission refused they gave oral hearing. can you explain what type this and what going on next step. now I go sign every two week home office.

Hello thank you for your reply My nationality Srilankan, I am 40 years old, I arrived UK illegally on Dec'2012 and claim asylum because no security of my life in srilanka I was arrested in srilanka by police and army. I applied first claim dec'2012 the home office refused 2013 and first-tier refused then upper Tribunal refused "excluded decision" on 2014 and apply further submission on oct'2016 to HO and they refused and my solicitor applied JR they now issued Oral Hearing. presnt I live with one srilankan family friend house they support me.
