Non-EU Student with Baby :(

Hello,

I am a Tier 4 student in the UK.

I am a citizen of Ukraine (Non-EU) and my visa ends 01/2018.

I have had a baby here in the UK, born last month, whilst in a relationship with a UK citizen.

Unfortunately, our relationship is at an end, leaving me with the concern that I could be forced out of the country without my baby.

Does anybody know what my situation is? If not, is anybody able to point me in the right direction?

Are there other things I need to consider?

Is the UK father named on the birth certificate? Would he be willing to assist with a DNA test for the child to be considered a British citizen?
