URGENT HELP NEEDED

HI GUYS.. I am going to file my 3 years ILR accelerated route on 10 employees basis.
I have 2 employees from my visa company and 8 employees from my security company approved by SIA home
office.

My Question is, my solicitor raised an issue and he said that security business come under level 4 business
and he is not sure that I can claim job points or not.

My security company is a sister/subsidiary of my visa company.
Security Company is licensed approved by SIA home office.

Please someone advise me and also mention any immigration law or guidance

Suggest ask your friend to register themselves and post their own questions under their own username and email.
