Tier1 ILR Dependent

i need to ask
i got my visa extended in May 2016 till May 2018 and i am eligible for ILR in September 2017 as 10 years long residency
My wife came in 2011
1- Can she apply with me for ILR if not if i get my visa will she be remain as PBS dependent, because my PBS will be finished at that time
2-if she apply in MAy 2018 as ILR spouse do i have to show £18600 salary from business account for last 12 months?
3-i have two kids born in UK , they will get passport as soon as i get my ILR in september but do i have to show £18600 as salary only for my wife in May 2018 or do i have to show for my Sons as well aroun £24000

what is the best way to do this
i dont want to go for ILR with tier 1 entrepreneur as it is in May 2018 will be very late
ruls are being changed very frequently

Does anybody know how long is taking for the children registration as british
and does anybody get ILR on window with Long residency .

You are asking many questions that go in different sub forums. To clear your understanding, I will answer here for now, but please continue asking your questions in the correct places.

No, she cannot apply with you if you get ILR based on long residence. She also cannot apply for ILR as a PBS Dependent. She only has the option of switching to FLR(M)which will reset her clock to zero and a new 5 year residence period (2 x 2.5 year visas). She needs to meet the financial and English requirement.

2-if she apply in MAy 2018 as ILR spouse do i have to show £18600 salary from business account for last 12 months?

She won't qualify for ILR in May 2018 if you apply for ILR based on long residence. She must switch to FLR(M) and yes, you need to meet the financial requirement and if your children are not yet British, this will likely be expected to be more than £18,600pa.

They cannot 'get a passport'. You have to register them as British on form MN1 first. Re £18,600pa, see my comment on Q2 above.

Only YOU can decide what is the best option. You don't state how long your wife has been here as PBS Dependent. Rules are not changing 'very frequently'.

my wife came in this country in 2011 next month she will be completing 6 years in this country
and
if i get ILR in September just after my ILR i will apply for my kids do you think will i get before May 2018 then in May 2018 i have to apply only for my wife
I can apply for Kids registration first so when will they get passport after that ?
