Tier 2 ICT migrant dependent visa processing time

Hi,

I have tried to google this but didn't get an answer. What is the processing time for T2 ICT dependent visa when applying within UK via the postal service (not priority service).

It can take a few weeks to a couple of months.

Is there no defined time frame for it? My A rated firm will be sponsoring my wife's visa, would that be done any faster?

Makes no difference. Your wifes' visa is dependent on YOU not your sponsor.

A postal application will take as long as it takes, no special privileges for anyone. If you need a quick decision, apply in person.

Why not apply under priority if you need a quick decision? The standard route takes close to 2 months for Tier 2 general application. I am not sure if timelines differ for Tier 2 ICT dependent
