Need to check my COS has been cancelled or not

I GOT mt Tier 2 general Visa and Travelled to UK on 22nd May 2016 and back to India on 13th Sep 2016. I was their in London less than 3 months.I had a misunderstanding with my sponsor and came back and informed him the same .I need to check MY COS has been cancelled or not.

1)I am eligible for Cooling off Period ?
2)IF i am eligible how to check my COS has been cancelled ,Please provide email or contact number to check my COS.
3)I am getting offers from UK and planning to travel in business visa.Will there be any issues if i am in cooling off period ?

Yes you are subject to the cooling off period starting from the date you left the UK. It would have been wiser to stay in the UK to find another sponsor.

You can't. Your CoS was used when you applied for your visa. When you left and informed your employer, however you did this, they had an obligation to inform HO that you have left employment and HO will cancel your visa. If you have left the UK, you will not receive a curtailment letter.
