BRP card damaged by case worker

BRP card damaged by case worker

I went for my Son's indefinite leave to remain to Croydon office and i submitted my BRP(as i already had a indefinite leave to remain) and other documents. The case worker said my son's application was successful but my BRP card was damaged and also promised that she will send my BRP and his BRP together. I never received my BRP card for last 20 days but got my son's BRP card in 2 days.

There is no proper address to contact them. When i checked with BRPDelivery they say it was delivered on 21 Apr but they only delivered my son's BRP.

I need to travel urgently. Any advice for me please?

What is the damage?

They said the chip was broken but never gave my BRP card back to me. It is with them.
