Post by Heavenlee » Thu May 11, 2017 12:12 am

Hi

I have a Schengen visa valid for 2 years I am on uk spouse visa, I travelled with my husband before but this time I need to visit a family member by myself! Will i be allowed to get through the borders without my husband ( a British citizen ) given that I got the visa based on the fact that he will accompany me! do I still have to provide further documents at the borders I am struggling to find information about this so your help will be appreciated! Thanks

Yes, you are free to travel on your own if you have a valid Schengen visa.
