Tier2 ICT short term to Tier2 ICT dependant to General

Hi All,

I came to UK in oct 2015 on ICT Tier 2 short term visa.
In May 2016, I moved to dependant visa (ICT Tier2 long term).

I would like to know if it is possible for me to switch to Tier 2 General visa without serving a cool off of 12 months?

Yes, exactly 12 m9nths from dependent visa issue date. You must apply from home country.
