IELTS General training certificate missing UKVI number

Hi everyone

Apologies if this is in the wrong section...

My wife has recently taken her IELTS general Exam in Lahore and passed, however her test certificate is missing the UKVI number for immigration purposes..

What is the quickest and easiest way to get this rectified?

Did you use an HO approved test provider and was it A1 test she did?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Yes it was an apporved test centre in pakistan - Lahore

It was not an A1 test she did but the British Council advise General Training test is accepted?
