Gross Annual Income

Post by gumsum » Wed May 17, 2017 7:57 pm

Hello Everyone!

I am going to apply spouse visa for my wife. I am on zero hour contract and getting paid hourly. What will be my gross annual income and which category I am eligible to apply?

My last 6 months salary is as follows:
£2546.74
£2258.77
£1974.11
£2296.13
£2028.45
£1877.63

Please help I want to apply as soon as possible.

Thanks

£2546.74+2258.77+1974.11+2296.13+2028.45+1877.63=12981.83/6×12= 25963.66 will be annual gross wages.
If you are with same employer from 6 months then category A non-salaried route.

Thank you seagul for your reply. I have been working for the same employer for 2 years. I could not find category A non-salaried option on the appendix 2 VAF4A form. All I can see income from salaried employment. Please tell me where do I have to select non-salaried option on the form.

Thanks

You won't have the option to tick/write non-salaried on the form. This will be shown in your employment letter; payslips and cover letter (especially mention it in your cover letter)

Yes. And, then, it states to "Complete Part 3A".
