Multiple Entry for 6 month Standard Visitor Visa

Hi

Does anyone know how to obtain a Multiple Entry 6 month Standard Visitor Visa. I was filling the form online for my parents visiting from India and there wasnt an option to choose or apply for a multiple entry type visa. We plan to travel into Europe and hence would need a multiple entry visa. Any pointers will be appreciated. Thank you.

It is a multiple entry visa, no 'option' to select.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
