Applying for ILR on 10 years route

Post by DEMO » Thu May 18, 2017 7:52 pm

Hi All,

I've been reading this forum and I'd like to find out what documents required for ILR on 10 years route.

I've entered the UK on 1st of July 2007 on student visa and will complete 10 years on 1st of July 2017.

Do I required anything else a part from below listed docs and Am I eligible to apply on 5th of June 2017 ?

- SET (LR) Form
- Passport
- BRP
- Life in the UK Test
- UK Degree for English Requirement
- Online payment receipt for PEO and application form

Look forward to hearing from seniors members.

Thanks,

All passports covering the 10 years including the one you entered the UK on.

Other than that, nothing else.

If that is within 28 days of your entry date anniversary, then yes.

You can apply in person or by post.

So a bit late but thanks to this beautiful forum.

On thursday 07/06/2017. I checked-in to croydon office around 10.45 then registered around 11.15 for 11.30 appointment then around 12.20pm I was done with submitting my docs, fingerprints, pics etc...And the guy who took my Biometric said, wait for 2 hrs in waiting area, will call your ticket number so I waited there not only that when I saw waiting area like flooded with loads of ppl and hard to find empty seats maybe that day HO office had many applications to deals with so nearly 6 hrs later they called my ticket number as always you wait for the good new and outcome was like that so finally I got MY ILR.

I'm waiting for BRP to arrive now...

Cheers,
