Tier 2 ICT Sponsor Change

Hi,
I have come to the UK on 3-year Long term Tier 2 ICT Visa.I am looking for some guidance on
1. Can it be possible tI change my current sponsor to new job /sponsor? If so what is the procedure.
2. Can it be possible to change from my current Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general Visa? If so what is the procedure or best way to do it?

Can someone please advise? My Visa current Tier to ICT Visa expires in Apr 2020.

it all depends on when your first visa was issued ? if your Tier 2 visa was issued before april 2011 , you can switch to tier 2 general within uk or else you have to apply from outside uk after 12 month cooling period

If you have a 3 year visa as your first visa and it expires in 2020, then it was issued this year, so NO, you cannot change sponsors as you don't appear to have applied for a ICT visa BEFORE 6th April 2011.

No one can give you advice if you don't provide the important full details of your visa.
