Hi
I divorced my first wife through a union council in Pakistan(with sharia Islamic law)
I married my second wife in 2014.apllied for her uk spouse visa.it was refused because I needed a uk divorce.
Got the uk divorce or decree absolute in 2015,apllied for U.K. Spouse second time.it was refused again.because the decree absolute(uk divorce) for the first wife was finalised after the my second marriage.meaning according to the uk law I wasn't free to marry my second wife.my first wife has alway lived in uk so have I. We both were married in Pakistan.and only stayed there for a while.
Please inform me what to do now. I would like to hear from someone whose had a similar experience to mine.and I would like to know what route they took
Thank you.

Apply for a fiance visa and marry in the UK.

Hi
Did you have a similar case to mine? That you applied for spouse visa which was refused then you apllied for a fiancé?
If you did apply for fiancé visa, was it accepted without or before an appeal?

It wasn't casa's issue it was someone else. Casa was only offering advice.
