Naturalization & Passport - Applying at same time

Hi..
I got my ILR in June'2016 by 5 years route and Need to apply for Naturalization & British passport. I need advise on below,

1. I recently heard that i can apply for Naturalization and Passport at same time, what are the options?

2. What are the timelines & fees for Naturalization & Passport?

3. Is there a mandatory Interview in this process?

1. Either apply for Naturalisation alone, or with Passport. Up to you - contact your local council registry office for details and bookings. If you want to keep your originals this is the way to go: NCS/JCAP.
2. Timelines are starting from three months. UKVI say can be up to six months. Look here for the fees: announces/fees-2017-t228357.html. You will only get the passport after the ceremony
3. No interview generally (very few reports on the forum)

Unless you apply through the NCS JCAP service you will have to apply separately for your passport after the British citizenship ceremony and attend an interview before the passport is issued.

An passport interview isn't a requirement if using the JCAP service.

passport form from the Post Office.

Recommend you read all materials thoroughly.

While applying should i provide 2 documents for Knowledge of Life and Language?
1. I got Life in UK, during ILR.
2. Degree taught in English - I have proven this during my initial Tier-1 Application. Should i show the same certificate?

Also please provide what all documents are required for Naturalization.
