Medical Insurance from Pakistan for UK visit

My parents are visiting me in UK from Pakistan. They got their visa approved. I want to get medical travel insurance for them from Pakistan for their UK visit. Can anyone please guide me which insurance company will provide UK cover from Pakistan? If you can provide me a couple of names it would beneficial. Thanks
