Tier 2 Pay Stubs

Hello,
If I can get a company to sponsor me for the Tier 2 visa, do I or the company need to provide the HO with pay stubs during my time in the UK?

No, But they should be able to provide copies of those to HO upon request.

And obviously, they should be giving payslips to Employee.

And you must be paid at the appropriate rate for the SOC or £30k (I believe the recent change was).

You also obviously cannot contract on Tier 2 General and your employer cannot charge you a 'fee' every month either.
