Am I Eligible for ILR

Hi,

I came to UK in March 2013 on Tier 1 General Dependent VISA.
I do not have any gaps in between and I got changed to Tier 2 General VISA on JULY 2016.

I have checked UK GOV website which says that i am eligible to apply for ILR on the month of Feb 2018.
Can somebody please re-confirm whether i am eligible or not?

Are you the main visa holder of Tier 2 General, ie. not tier 2 general dependent??

The HO website will only tell you what you want to hear if you don't put the correct information in.

Unfortunately, time spent as a Tier 1 (General) dependant does not count towards ILR under Tier 2 (General), as 245HG(b) fails.

No. You are not eligible for ILR under Tier 2 until 2021.
