DLR to ILR

Post by 2017Freedom » Tue May 30, 2017 2:27 pm

Hi All

I Complete 6 Years on DLR on August 2017 (even my Leave expires on March 2018)
I want to apply as family since my Son was born when I had my First DLR but my wife only got DLR when I had my seccond DLR following a refusal,

My Question is : Am I entitled to include my Wife on my Application (ILR) or not ?
Many thanks

She needs 6 years on DLR before she will qualify for ILR.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Thank You CR001

So, does my son qualify for ILR with me (he was born while I had the first DLR and then he got the same leave as me , seccond DLR)

I dont understand why it says on the form you can also include your wife then ...

Thank you
